- Country: Refers to Egypt, where the Company is officially registered and incorporated.
- Customer: The company, organization, or individual that registers to use AutoBRIDGE services to manage their infrastructure models or engineering projects.
- Device: Any internet-connected equipment, such as a computer, tablet, phone, or other hardware, that can access the AutoBRIDGE website or services.
- IP Address: A unique number assigned to every internet-connected device. IP addresses are often used to identify the geographical location from which a device connects to the Internet.
- Hardware ID: A unique, non-reversible cryptographic hash generated from specific device components (Motherboard, HDD, and NIC) used exclusively to verify software license authorization and seat management.
- Personnel: Refers to individuals employed by Bridge Works Software or contracted to perform services on its behalf.
- Personal Data: Any information that directly or indirectly identifies a natural person, such as a name, email address, identification number, or a combination of information that makes identification possible.
- Service: Refers to the products, software, and solutions provided by AutoBRIDGE, including the AutoBRIDGE Revit plugin and any related resources as described on the website.
- Third-Party Service: Refers to services or content from advertisers, promotional partners, or other third parties that may appear on our platform or be recommended for users.
- License Period: Refers to the term during which the product remains activated and operational.
- Website: The official AutoBRIDGE website, which can be accessed at https://www.auto-bridge.net.
- You: Refers to the individual or organization registered with AutoBRIDGE to access or use its services.
Bridge Works Software grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use our software, website, and services strictly in accordance with the terms outlined in this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes a binding contract between you and Bridge Works Software (“we,” “our,” or “us”), governing the use of our products and services. By accessing or using the website and application, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to all the terms outlined here.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using our software, you acknowledge that we collect and process specific data, such as your Hardware ID and personal credentials, as detailed in the Privacy Policy to manage your license and ensure secure access.
This license does not permit you to:
- Share access credentials with unauthorized users.
- Transfer, sublicense, sell, or distribute the software or service to any third party.
- Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the software.
- Use the software or service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

- Hardware ID: A unique identifier (such as Motherboard ID, NIC MAC Address, or Hard Disk Serial Number) that may be accessed or cryptographically hashed by the Company exclusively for software validation, licensing, and activation purposes.
- Personal Data: Any information that directly or indirectly identifies a natural person, such as a name, email address, or identification number.
- Service: Refers to the products, software, and solutions provided by Bridge Works Software, including the Revit plugins and any related resources as described on the website.
- Website: The official website, which can be accessed at https://auto-bridge.net.
AutoBRIDGE is an independent software developed using the Autodesk Revit API, Autodesk Civil 3D API, and AutoCAD API. AutoBRIDGE interacts with these platforms to enhance infrastructure modeling capabilities. However, it is neither endorsed by nor affiliated with Autodesk. Users must comply with Autodesk’s terms, including licensing requirements, when using AutoBRIDGE with these platforms. Any misuse of Autodesk APIs or non-compliance with Autodesk’s terms may result in immediate termination of access to AutoBRIDGE, without refund or notice.
AutoBRIDGE may periodically update its integration with Autodesk APIs to comply with their latest terms and conditions. Users are responsible for ensuring that their Autodesk installations are up to date for seamless integration.
The functionality and performance of AutoBRIDGE rely on the availability and stability of Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD APIs. Bridge Works Software does not guarantee compatibility with all future Autodesk updates. Any disruptions resulting from Autodesk updates, licensing changes, or API modifications are beyond our control, and we assume no responsibility for such events.
AutoBRIDGE also does not guarantee performance with custom plugins or unsupported software versions. Users are advised to test compatibility before committing to significant projects.
Users are responsible for ensuring that valid licenses for Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD are maintained throughout their use of AutoBRIDGE. Use of AutoBRIDGE with expired or unauthorized Autodesk software is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund or notice by Bridge Works Software.
All Autodesk trademarks, including Revit, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD, are the intellectual property of Autodesk, Inc. Use of these products in conjunction with AutoBRIDGE does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by Autodesk. Users may not tamper with, reverse-engineer, or modify any aspect of the Autodesk APIs or attempt to bypass AutoBRIDGE’s licensing and validation mechanisms. Unauthorized use or misuse of Autodesk intellectual property may lead to immediate termination of access to AutoBRIDGE and may result in legal action.
AutoBRIDGE does not store, manage, or back up any Revit, Civil 3D, or AutoCAD project data. Users are responsible for regularly backing up their data and ensuring that projects remain accessible within Autodesk platforms. Bridge Works Software will not be held liable for any loss, corruption, or unavailability of project data caused by Autodesk software updates, hardware failures, or the use of third-party integrations.
Users must also ensure that cloud storage or third-party backup systems used alongside AutoBRIDGE comply with applicable security and data protection standards.
By using AutoBRIDGE, you agree not to, and will not permit others to:
Unauthorized Distribution and Commercial Use:
- License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the service.
- Make the platform or any part of the service available to third parties, whether for commercial gain or otherwise, without explicit written permission from Bridge Works Software.
- Distribute cracked versions or bypass the software’s licensing mechanisms.
Modifications and Reverse Engineering:
- Modify, create derivative works from, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the software or service.
- Attempt to discover or extract the source code, algorithms, or proprietary elements of the service in any way.
Proprietary Notices and Copyright Protections:
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, or ownership acknowledgments, belonging to Bridge Works Software or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or licensors.
- Tamper with the software’s validation checks or disable licensing protections.
- Verify your payment details immediately.
- Invoice your account for all fees and charges when they become due, without requiring further notice or consent.
- Updating Payment Information: Notify us immediately of any changes to your billing address or credit card details.
- Payment of Fees: You are responsible for any legal or collection costs incurred in recovering unpaid balances.
- Third-Party Fees: Any additional fees resulting from third-party services connected to the Service are your responsibility.
- Customers must submit a license request through the official pricing form available on our website.
- Submission of a form does not constitute automatic acceptance of the order.
- We reserve the right to review, approve, or reject any request at our sole discretion.
- After reviewing the submitted request, a secure payment link will be issued via email.
- No license will be generated or delivered until full payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
- An order is considered accepted only after payment confirmation and issuance of a confirmation email.
- Upon successful payment, the customer will receive the license key via email.
- A formal invoice confirming the transaction will be issued and delivered electronically.
- The invoice will reflect the selected subscription plan (e.g., Annual, 6-Month, or other applicable plan).
- The customer must activate the license key through their registered user account.
- Activation instructions will be provided in the license email and/or official user manual.
- The license is automatically assigned to the account that activates it for the first time.
- Once activated, the license cannot be transferred, reassigned, or moved to another account.
- License keys may not be shared, sublicensed, resold, or used across multiple accounts.
- All licenses are time-based subscriptions valid for the purchased duration.
- If an active subscription (including a trial period) still has remaining days at the time of activation of a new license, the newly purchased subscription period will be added on top of the remaining days.
- If the existing subscription is a trial, the remaining trial days will be converted into full license days upon activation of a paid license, ensuring the user retains all unused days.
- No remaining active days will be forfeited upon activation of a new license.
- Example: If 30 days remain on a trial account and a 12-month license is activated, the new expiration date will equal 12 months plus the converted 30 trial days.
- A one-time free trial period of ninety (90) days is available for new accounts.
- The trial period may be subject to system validation and abuse prevention controls.
- If a paid license is activated during the trial period, the remaining trial days will be added to the purchased subscription duration.
- We reserve the right to modify, limit, or revoke trial access at our discretion in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms.
- Licenses are valid only for the specific plan and duration purchased.
- We reserve the right to suspend or revoke a license in cases of payment disputes, fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or misuse of the software.
- All licenses remain the property of Bridge Works Software and are granted as limited, revocable, non-transferable rights of use.
Bridge Works Software will provide support for active users within the boundaries of the agreed service level. Support inquiries will be addressed within a reasonable timeframe during standard business hours. The Company reserves the right to adjust its service level or hours of support based on evolving operational needs.
Thank you for choosing AutoBRIDGE. We appreciate your business and strive to ensure you have a positive experience with our products and services. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to resolving any issues you may encounter.
Applicability: By placing an order or making a purchase, you agree to this policy, which applies alongside our Privacy Policy and General Terms.
Eligibility for Refunds: We accept refund requests under the following conditions:
- Software Issues: If technical problems prevent installation or use of the product, and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.
- Unused Product: If the product has not been used or activated, and the refund request is submitted within 14 days of purchase.
- Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds beyond 14 days may be granted at our sole discretion, based on extenuating circumstances.
How to Request a Refund: If you encounter any issues with our product or service, please contact us at support@auto-bridge.net. Our team will work with you to resolve the problem and determine if a refund is appropriate.
Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Any third-party fees or currency conversion charges are non-refundable.
Currency and Fees: Bridge Works Software is not responsible for any delays or discrepancies caused by currency exchange rates or third-party payment processing fees.
Non-Refundable Items: We do not offer refunds for:
- Products that have been used, activated, or customized.
- Services that have already been rendered or consumed.
- Any issues arising from non-compliance with system requirements or unauthorized modifications of the software.
Contact Us: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out. We will do our best to address your concerns and ensure a satisfactory outcome.
Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements, or suggestions (collectively referred to as “Suggestions”) you provide to Bridge Works Software regarding our products or services shall become our sole and exclusive property. By submitting Suggestions, you agree that:
- Ownership and Use: Bridge Works Software will own all rights, title, and interest in the Suggestions, including intellectual property rights, without any obligation to provide credit, compensation, or acknowledgement to you. We reserve the right to use, copy, modify, publish, distribute, or otherwise exploit the Suggestions for any purpose, in any form, and without restrictions.
- No Confidentiality: Suggestions you provide will not be treated as confidential information, and we are under no obligation to limit the use or disclosure of such Suggestions.
- No Compensation: You waive any right to claim compensation, royalties, or any other form of remuneration related to the use or implementation of the Suggestions.
By submitting Suggestions, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to grant these rights and that the Suggestions do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property or proprietary rights.
At Bridge Works Software, we value transparency and are committed to protecting your privacy. By utilizing our services, creating an account, downloading or installing any of our products, or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Types of Data Collected: By consenting to these Terms, you authorize us to collect and process the following information:
- Hardware Information: Specific identifiers including Motherboard Serial Number, NIC MAC Address, and Hard Disk Serial Number. This information is collected solely for licensing, activation, and product validation purposes to ensure compliance with your license agreement.

Purpose of Data Use: All collected data will be used only for the specific purposes outlined in these Terms, such as product activation, service delivery, and customer support. The Company does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Security and Protection: We implement strict security measures to safeguard your personal and hardware information. Our storage practices comply with relevant privacy regulations to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
Data Processing & Privacy Rights: By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you confirm that you have provided appropriate consents for Bridge Works Software to process your data. Users agree that the Company has the right to store and process their hardware and personal data in compliance with applicable laws, including but not limited to the Egyptian Data Protection Law.
Your Rights and Contact Information: If you have any concerns about the collection, use, or handling of your information, please contact us at support@auto-bridge.net.
Our services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated or controlled by Bridge Works Software. If you click on a third-party link, you will be redirected to the third party’s website or service. We strongly encourage you to review the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of any third-party site you visit.
Disclaimer of Responsibility:
- Bridge Works Software has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, terms, privacy practices, or services offered by any third-party website or service.
- Your interactions with third-party websites are solely at your own risk, and the Company disclaims any liability for damages or losses arising from your use of or reliance on third-party content or services.
- The Company is not liable for any technical issues, data breaches, or service disruptions caused by third-party integrations, plugins, or tools accessed through or integrated with our service.

Right to Recover Damages: In the event of termination due to your breach of this agreement, Bridge Works Software reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies to recover any damages caused by such breach.
Bridge Works Software reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the service, or any part of it, at any time, with or without prior notice and without any liability to you. This includes any connected services, features, or functionalities associated with the primary service.
No Liability:
- Bridge Works Software shall not be held responsible for any loss, disruption, or inconvenience caused by the modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
- Your continued use of the service following any modifications will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
From time to time, Bridge Works Software may provide enhancements or improvements to the service, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades, and other modifications (“Updates”).
Effect of Updates:
- Updates may modify or remove certain features and functionalities of the service without prior notice.
- The Company is under no obligation to provide any specific updates or improvements or to maintain/continue offering any particular feature or functionality of the service.
Agreement to Terms of Updates:
- All updates will be considered an integral part of the service and will be subject to the same terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
- By continuing to use the service after an update, you acknowledge and agree to the modified version of the service.
We may display, include, or provide access to third-party content, such as data, information, applications, products, or services, or offer links to third-party websites or platforms (“Third-Party Services”).
Disclaimer of Responsibility: By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Bridge Works Software is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality, or any other aspect of Third-Party Services.
- We assume no liability for any loss, damages, or issues arising from your use of, or reliance on, any Third-Party Services.
Your Use of Third-Party Services:
- Third-Party Services and links are provided solely for your convenience.
- Your access to and use of these services are entirely at your own risk and are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the respective third parties.
This agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by either you or Bridge Works Software.
Termination by the Company:
- Bridge Works Software may suspend or terminate this agreement at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice.
- Immediate termination will occur if you fail to comply with any provision of this agreement.
Termination by You:
- You may terminate this agreement by deleting the service, removing all software components, and destroying all copies of the software in your possession or control.
Effect of Termination:
- Upon termination, you must cease all use of the service and delete all copies from your computer or any other device.
- Termination of this agreement does not limit the Company’s rights or remedies under applicable law or equity in the event of a breach by you during the term of this agreement.
If you are a copyright owner, or an authorized agent acting on behalf of a copyright owner, and believe that any material provided by Bridge Works Software infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a notice to us with the following information:
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of Infringing Material: A detailed description of the material that you claim is infringing, including information sufficient to locate the material on our platform.
- Contact Information: Your contact details, including a mailing address, telephone number, and valid email address.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement declaring that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy and Authorization Statement: A statement confirming that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bridge Works Software, on its own behalf and on behalf of its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, disclaims all warranties—whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
Specific Disclaimers: This includes, but is not limited to:
- Implied Warranties: Any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties that may arise through usage, performance, or trade practices.
- Performance Expectations: No guarantees that the service will meet specific expectations, achieve intended results, function uninterruptedly, or be compatible with other software, systems, or devices. The Company makes no commitment to rectify any defects or errors.
- Security: No warranty is given that the service, or any information transmitted from it, will be free from viruses, malware, or harmful components.
User Responsibility and Acknowledgement: By using the service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for any damage to your hardware, software, or data resulting from the use of the service.
- You assume full responsibility for determining the suitability of the service for your intended use.
- The Company has no obligation to provide updates, upgrades, or bug fixes, and any modifications will be provided at its sole discretion.
Jurisdictional Limitations: Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain implied warranties. In such cases, these exclusions and limitations shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bridge Works Software and its suppliers, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
- Loss of data, business interruption, or downtime.
- Personal injury or loss of privacy.
- Damages related to third-party software or hardware used in conjunction with the service.
This applies even if the Company or its suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if any remedy provided under this Agreement fails in its essential purpose.
Monetary Cap on Liability: In no event shall the entire liability of Bridge Works Software or its suppliers under this Agreement exceed the total amount paid by you for the service during the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Scope of Liability Exclusions: The Company is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or use of the service beyond the scope permitted in this Agreement. Furthermore, Bridge Works Software will not be responsible for third-party claims arising from your failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations.
Jurisdictional Exceptions: Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of damages. In such cases, the limitations and exclusions outlined in this section shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Disclaimer for Third-Party Integrations: Bridge Works Software is not liable for issues or damages resulting from third-party integrations, plugins, or tools used in conjunction with its services.
Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified or interpreted to the extent necessary to fulfill its original purpose to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. All other provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Bridge Works Software on its services, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the services. It supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, related to the subject matter.
Waiver of Rights: No waiver of any provision or right under this Agreement shall be considered a waiver of any other provision or the same provision in the future unless expressly stated in writing by Bridge Works Software. Failure by the Company to enforce any right or provision shall not be construed as a waiver of such right or provision.
Limitation on Legal Action: You agree that any claim or cause of action related to the services must be filed within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arose. Failure to do so will result in the permanent bar of the claim, regardless of any statute of limitations or legal principles to the contrary.
Waiver: Except as explicitly stated in this Agreement, the failure to exercise any right or require the performance of any obligation shall not:
- Limit or waive a party’s ability to exercise such rights or require performance at any future time.
- Constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or default, even if the breach or default is similar in nature.
No Waiver Through Delay or Partial Exercise: A delay or omission in exercising any right or power granted under this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver. Partial or single exercise of any right or power shall not preclude further exercise of that right or the exercise of any other rights or powers available under this Agreement.
Agreement Prevails in Case of Conflict: In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and any other purchase terms, conditions, or policies, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail and govern the relationship between you and Bridge Works Software.
Bridge Works Software reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. Material changes will take effect after reasonable notice, unless required by law to take effect immediately.
Notice of Changes:
- If we determine that a revision constitutes a material change, we will provide reasonable notice before the new terms take effect. The length of the notice period will be determined solely by the Company, based on the nature and impact of the change.
- What constitutes a material change will be determined at the sole discretion of Bridge Works Software.
Acceptance of Revised Terms:
- By continuing to access or use the service after any changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
- If you do not agree to the new terms, you must immediately stop using the service, and your authorization to use the service will be revoked.
Subscription Cancellation: If you cancel a subscription, your access to the software and associated services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Bridge Works Software does not issue prorated refunds or credits for any unused subscription periods or partial months.
This Agreement represents the complete and final understanding between you and Bridge Works Software regarding your use of the service, superseding all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written, oral, or implied, relating to the same subject matter.
Additional Terms and Conditions:
- When using or purchasing other products, services, or features from Bridge Works Software, you may be required to agree to additional terms and conditions specific to those products or services.
- These additional terms will be provided at the time of use or purchase and, upon acceptance, will become part of this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between the additional terms and this Agreement, the additional terms shall govern but only with respect to the specific product or service to which they apply.
Bridge Works Software reserves the right to modify our services, policies, and these Terms to ensure they accurately reflect our operations and offerings.
Notice and Review of Changes:
- Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you (for example, via the service or email) before any significant changes to these Terms take effect.
- You will be given the opportunity to review the updated Terms. Continued use of the service after the changes go into effect will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Your Right to Discontinue Use:
- If you do not agree to the new or updated Terms, you must stop using the service and delete your account. Your continued use of the service will indicate that you are bound by the revised Terms.
All content, features, and functionality on our platform, including but not limited to information, software, text, graphics, designs, images, video, audio, and their selection and arrangement (collectively referred to as “Materials”), are the exclusive property of Bridge Works Software, its licensors, or other content providers. These Materials are protected by Egyptian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use of any materials—including reproduction, modification, distribution, or transmission—is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal penalties under applicable Egyptian and international laws.
Ownership and Rights:
- Bridge Works Software and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Materials.
- No ownership or other intellectual property rights are transferred to you by your use of the service.
Restrictions on Use:
- You may not copy, modify, reproduce, download, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works of the Materials, in whole or in part, without our express prior written permission.
- Any unauthorized use of the Materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under Egyptian laws and applicable international laws.
Permissible Use:
- The use of any Materials on the platform is permitted only for personal or internal business purposes directly related to your use of the Bridge Works Software service, subject to compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
- You are prohibited from using the Materials in a manner that infringes any intellectual property rights or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
This section applies to any dispute between you and Bridge Works Software. However, it does not apply to disputes related to injunctive or equitable relief involving the enforcement or validity of the Company’s intellectual property rights.
Definition of Dispute: The term “dispute” is intended to have the broadest possible meaning allowable under law. It includes any claim, controversy, or action between you and Bridge Works Software related to this agreement or the use of our services, whether based on contract, warranty, tort, statute, or any other legal or equitable theory.
Mandatory Arbitration: Any dispute arising under or relating to this agreement shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, conducted in accordance with the applicable arbitration laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. By agreeing to arbitration, both parties waive their right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.
Arbitration Process: The arbitration shall be conducted by a neutral arbitrator. The proceedings and outcome shall remain confidential, and each party will bear its own costs and fees unless the arbitrator awards otherwise.
Jurisdiction and Venue: If any part of this arbitration clause is found to be unenforceable, or if the dispute falls outside the scope of arbitration, such disputes will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Egypt. Unless otherwise agreed, arbitration will be conducted in Egypt, or at a venue chosen by Bridge Works Software.
Notice of Dispute: In the event of a dispute, either party must provide the other with a Notice of Dispute, containing:
- Name, address, and contact information of the party issuing the notice.
- A summary of the facts giving rise to the dispute.
- The relief or resolution being requested.
How to Send the Notice of Dispute:
- To the Company: Email the Notice of Dispute to support@auto-bridge.net.
- To You: Bridge Works Software will send the notice to your email address on file or mailing address if available. We reserve the right to send the notice using any contact information you have provided.
Negotiation Period and Resolution Process:
- Good Faith Negotiations: Both parties agree to engage in informal negotiations in good faith for a period of at least sixty (60) days.
- Flexible Resolution Period: If Bridge Works Software determines that more time is needed to investigate the matter, the negotiation period may be extended at the Company’s discretion.
- Initiation of Arbitration: If the dispute is not resolved within the specified period, either party may proceed with arbitration as outlined in the Agreement to Arbitrate section.
If a dispute remains unresolved after informal negotiations, it will be settled exclusively through binding arbitration. By agreeing to arbitration, both you and Bridge Works Software waive the right to litigate disputes in court, including participation as a party or class member in any class action.
Arbitration Process:
- The dispute will be settled through binding arbitration under the rules of the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA) or another recognized arbitration institution in Egypt chosen by the Company.
- The arbitration will be conducted in Egypt, unless both parties agree to another location.
Interim Relief: Either party may seek interim or preliminary injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Egypt to protect its rights or property while arbitration is pending.
Costs and Fees: The prevailing party in the arbitration will be entitled to recover all reasonable legal, accounting, and other costs from the non-prevailing party, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
Confidentiality of Proceedings: The arbitration proceedings and any related information will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party, except as required by law.
By submitting or posting any ideas, creative suggestions, designs, photographs, information, advertisements, data, or proposals (collectively referred to as “Submissions”), including ideas for new or improved products, services, features, technologies, or promotions, you agree to the following terms:
Ownership and Use of Submissions:
- Non-Confidential and Non-Proprietary: All Submissions will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, regardless of any statements or markings to the contrary.
- Transfer of Ownership: Submissions will become the exclusive property of Bridge Works Software upon receipt, without any obligation to provide compensation, credit, or recognition to you or any third party.
- Unlimited Use Rights: The Company and its affiliates may use, modify, reproduce, publish, or distribute Submissions in any medium and for any purpose, including the development, manufacturing, and marketing of new products or services. This right is granted in perpetuity.
No Obligations to You:
- Bridge Works Software assumes no obligations regarding the Submissions, including any duty to review, respond, or maintain confidentiality.
- You waive any rights, claims, or expectations of compensation related to the Submissions, including any intellectual property rights that may arise from their use.
Offensive Submissions: You agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise violates the rights of third parties.
From time to time, Bridge Works Software may offer contests, promotions, sweepstakes, or other activities (“Promotions”) that may require you to submit personal information or other materials.
Eligibility and Participation:
- All Promotions will be governed by separate rules, which may include specific eligibility criteria, such as age, geographic location, or other restrictions.
- You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the rules of each Promotion to ensure that you are eligible to participate.
- By entering a Promotion, you agree to comply with all applicable rules and any additional terms and conditions outlined therein.
Additional Terms and Conditions:
- Promotions may involve the purchase of goods or services, and such transactions will be governed by additional terms and conditions.
- These additional terms are incorporated into this Agreement by reference, meaning they become part of this Agreement when you participate in a Promotion.
Liability and Disqualification:
- Bridge Works Software reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of the rules or terms governing the Promotion.
- We assume no responsibility for any disputes or issues arising from your participation in Promotions or from third-party offers made during the course of a Promotion.
Severability: If any provision or part of these Terms and Conditions is deemed unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver: Any waiver of a provision of these Terms and Conditions will only be valid if provided in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Bridge Works Software. A failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.
Injunctive Relief: Bridge Works Software shall be entitled to injunctive or other equitable relief without the need to post any bond or surety in the event of a breach or anticipatory breach by you.
Jurisdiction and Compliance with Local Laws: Our services are operated and controlled from Egypt. The service is not intended for distribution or use in any jurisdiction where such use would be contrary to local laws or regulations. If you access the service from outside Egypt, you do so at your own initiative and are solely responsible for complying with applicable local laws.
Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bridge Works Software. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings regarding the subject matter.
Amendments: These Terms may only be modified by Bridge Works Software, and no changes or modifications by you will be accepted unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by an authorized representative of the Company.
Section Headings: The section headings used in this Agreement are for convenience only and do not carry any legal significance or enforceability.
In the event that a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or an error in pricing or product details, Bridge Works Software reserves the right to:
- Order Cancellation: Refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product or service listed with the incorrect information or price. This right to cancel applies whether or not the order has been confirmed and whether or not your payment has been processed.
- Refund Process: If your credit card or payment account has already been charged for the order, and the order is subsequently canceled, Bridge Works Software will issue a full refund to the same payment method in the amount of the charge.
- Notice of Cancellation: The Company will notify you of the cancellation and refund as soon as possible following the discovery of the error.

We are not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content, code, or services provided.
No Warranties or Guarantees:
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to: implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- Any warranty that the service will meet your requirements, function without interruption, or be free from errors, defects, viruses, or other harmful components.
- We provide no guarantee regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any information, content, or services available through the platform.
Third-Party Content Disclaimer: Bridge Works Software distributes but does not publish content provided by third parties and does not exercise editorial control over such content. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or legality of third-party content. Use of such content is entirely at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Bridge Works Software be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Right to Modify Content: The Company reserves the right to add, modify, or delete content on the platform at any time without prior notice. No oral or written advice provided by Bridge Works Software, its affiliates, or agents shall create any warranty or guarantee. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
This Agreement and your use of the service shall be
governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt,
without regard to its conflict of law principles. You expressly agree that any claim or dispute
arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Service that is not
resolved through arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent
courts located in Cairo, Egypt.
