GDPR adds some new requirements regarding how companies should protect individuals’ personal data that they collect and process. It also raises the stakes for compliance by increasing enforcement and imposing greater fines for breaches. Beyond these facts, it’s simply the right thing to do. At AutoBRIDGE, we strongly believe that your data privacy is very important, and we already have solid security and privacy practices in place that go beyond the requirements of this new regulation.

  • We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience on our website and within our services. These technologies allow us to personalize content, remember login details, and provide functionality that enhances your interaction with our platform. By using our Service, you consent to the use of these technologies as outlined below.

Types of Cookies and Tracking Technologies We Use

    1. Cookies: Cookies are small pieces of data stored on your device that help us remember settings such as language preference and login information. Essential cookies are necessary for site functionality, while non-essential cookies, such as those for analytics or personalization, help us improve user experience. Most web browsers allow you to control cookie settings, and you can choose to disable non-essential cookies if preferred. However, please note that disabling cookies may limit the functionality of our website.

    2. Local Storage: Also known as DOM storage, local storage enables us to store client-side data with a higher capacity and persistence than cookies. This storage method helps us remember your preferences and enhance user experience across sessions. Unlike cookies, local storage data does not expire automatically.

    3. Sessions: Session data is used to track areas of our website you have visited and to provide a seamless experience by remembering where you left off. Session data is temporary and expires once you close your browser.

    Managing Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through settings. You may choose to disable non-essential cookies at any time by adjusting your browser’s settings. However, doing so may affect some of the website’s functionality and may require repeated logins for certain features. Note that we do not place personally identifiable information in cookies or tracking technologies.

We prioritize your privacy and ensure that all tracking technologies are implemented in compliance with relevant data protection regulations, such as GDPR and CalOPPA, providing transparency and control over your data.

Any data that relates to an identifiable or identified individual. • Personal data should only be collected to fulfill a specific purpose, and it should only be used for that purpose. Organizations must specify why they need the personal data when they collect it.
  • Personal data should no longer be necessary to fulfill its purpose.
  • People covered by the GDPR have the right to access their own personal data. They can also request a copy of their data be updated, deleted, restricted, or moved to another organization.
