By agreeing to arbitration, both you and AutoBRIDGE waive the right to litigate disputes in court, including participation as a party or class member in any class action.

Arbitration Process

  • The dispute will be settled through binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized arbitration body, such as the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) or another arbitration institution chosen by AutoBRIDGE.
  • The arbitration will be conducted in the United Arab Emirates, unless both parties agree to another location.

Interim Relief

  • Either party may seek interim or preliminary injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights or property while arbitration is pending.

Costs and Fees

  • The prevailing party in the arbitration will be entitled to recover all reasonable legal, accounting, and other costs from the non-prevailing party, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

Confidentiality of Proceedings

  • The arbitration proceedings and any related information will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party, except as required by law.

By submitting or posting any ideas, creative suggestions, designs, photographs, information, advertisements, data, or proposals (collectively referred to as “Submissions”), including but not limited to ideas for new or improved products, services, features, technologies, or promotions, you agree to the following terms:

Ownership and Use of Submissions

No Obligations to You

  • We assume no responsibility for any disputes or issues arising from your participation in Promotions or from third-party offers made during the course of a Promotion.
